Audrey is friendly and personable. She always encouraged me to call her if I had any questions what so ever. She was patient with me and willing to explain things that were not clear to me. She went out of her way to make the sale go smoothly and she always kept me up-to-date on what was happening with regard to the sale. I felt comfortable talking with Audrey about the selling process. I trusted her and appreciated how she passed on to me her knowledge of the how the selling process works.
